OSE Residential Complex

The project envisions a flexible and integrated urban development on a 30,043 m² site divided into Areas A (13,344 m²) and B (16,699 m²). The design employs a modular approach, proposing six modules on one side of the island and eight on the other, allowing for diverse architectural compositions while maintaining overall coherence. Green spaces are strategically integrated within and between modules, along the islands, and within urban basins, providing both aesthetic quality and functional flexibility. The massing vocabulary distinguishes between zones while harmonizing condominium and study unit forms, ensuring a unified architectural language. Infrastructure and access considerations, including entrances, parking, main squares, and perimeter fencing, are carefully integrated to support usability and security. Overall, the design prioritizes adaptability, cohesion, and the seamless integration of architecture and landscape, resulting in a thoughtfully planned urban environment that balances spatial flexibility, greenery, and functional connectivity.
